In a big pot pour sugar, peels of clementine, lemon and lime, squeeze juice of the clementine. Add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, nutmet and vanilla, add enough wine to cover the sugar. Bring to boil and stir until sugar is dissolved, keep boiling for 4-5 minutes. Reduce the heat as much as possible, add the anis and the rest of the wine. Heat up always covered (otherwise the alkohol will steam away). Serve hot.
